Our Offer Process
STEP 1
Fill Out The Form
In order for us to make you the best offer we can, we would like to gain some information about the property you are wanting to sell. We will give you a call after you fill out the form. This will also give us a chance to connect with you and tell you a little bit more about what we do and how we can help you!
Here are some examples of the basic questions that we might ask you in our conversation..

STEP 2
We Do Our Homework
After we have the information that we need, we will research the surrounding area, property value and comparable properties to decide upon our offer price for the property.
During this time, please feel free to provide photos or send us additional information that will help us in gathering more information on the property and current condition. This is not required!
We Send You Our Offer
STEP 3
After we have decided on an offer for your property, we will call you at the scheduled time to discuss the details. There is no obligation to accept or deny the offer on this phone call, please take your time and reach out to us if you are ready to move forward.
If we have not heard from you within 3 days we will follow up with you to see which direction you are leaning towards. We will also send you over a formal offer to your email provided if requested. To accept an offer just give us a call and let us know that you are ready to move forward, or send us an email, and we will walk you through the next steps.
Offer Acceptance
What To Expect
In order to accept an offer, just give us a call and let us know that you are ready to move forward. From there we will begin the process by creating and sending you a Purchase Agreement which you can review and approve via DocuSign. Our transaction coordinator will walk you through the entire process from start to finish. We will then run a Title Search with our Real Estate Title Company, to verify your ownership of the property, and begin setting up your closing date of choice.
From there we will reach out to you if there is additional info required. We will make the process easy and headache free! We will also take care of everything from start to finish. If you ever have any questions during the process, please feel free to reach out to our team.
